Phil is a second generation Home Builder and has been around the building industry his entire life. Working with his father (Hatch), his uncles, and cousins. Phil has been in business since 1989 and has built numerous houses over the years. Phil started out as a framing and trim contractor and moved to building lock and key jobs in 1991. Phil and his father are known for their trim work and high attention to detail. We put more lumber in our houses than anyone we know of. We do not skimp on quality. Nothing is ever built with anything over 16” on center. Ever!
Phil has been State Licensed since 1992 and builds in Limestone, Madison, Morgan, Lauderdale, and Lawerence counties. We give free estimates and will be there though the entire process.
